General instructions

Please fill out this form to the best of your ability. My I typically book 1-2 months ahead. At this moment I am doing both flash and custom projects. When requesting flash please include a screenshot of the piece you are wanting. Appointments will not be official until a deposit is paid.

Payment instructions

You will be able to pay your deposit through Square. In studio I accept both cash and card (though cash is preferred). We do not have an ATM in studio so you will need to pull cash out before hand. For multiple session custom pieces I work at a rate of 150/hr. In any other case I will provide you a set price

Deposit, reschedule, and cancellation policy

I understand that my deposit is nonrefundable as it does pay for my artists time. The deposit WILL go towards the price of the tattoo. If I choose to cancel my appointment my deposit will be forfeited. If I choose to reschedule the deposit will be put towards the reschedule date.
